Q: How to start business with you?
A: Inquiry--Confirm fabric, quantity, logo--Confirm sample--Deposit--Bulk production--Balance payment--Delivery--Best after sales service.

Q: I would like to cancel my order.
A: Don't worry as long as your parcel wasn't shipped yet, you can cancel it by contacting our service team.

Q: Can you provide free sample?
A: Yes, you just need to pay the freight for the existing free sample. For customized sample, We will charge sample fee, after place order, We will refund the sample fee.

Q: Are you a factory or a trading company?
A: We are manufacturer.

Q: What's your MOQ?
A: 1 set is accepted (stock), customized design with flexible MOQ base on customers' requirements.

Q: What's your payment terms?
A: Payment by Paypal, credit card, T/T, L/C and so on. 30% deposit before producing and 70% balance for bulk order before shipment.

Delivery

Q: What is your delivery time?
A: Generally 5-7 days after confirmation of sample, 3-5 weeks after payment for customized order, It depends on the products & quantity.

Q: Which port will you ship the goods?
A: We offer price of FOB, you can choose delivery by air, vessel, or international express. Goods delivered by Shanghai or Ningbo

Sizing

Q: How to know my size?
A: Please kindly contact us we will share the size chart for you.

Q: How to measure myself?
A: We use 4 different factors: Shoulder, Chest, Sleeve and Length for Jacket.

- Shoulder: Place the measuring tape at the corner of one shoulder and pull across to the other shoulder.
- Bust: Measure from the bottom of one armhole across the chest to the bottom of the opposite armhole
- Sleeve: Measure from the tip of the shoulder down to the bottom of the sleeve
- Length: Place the measuring tape in the top of the collar and pull it down vertically to the bottom of the jacket.

A: We use 4 different factors: Waist, Rise, Outseam and Bottom for Pants.

- Waist: Measure flat across the back waistband from one corner to the other. Double the number to get your actual waist size
- Rise: Measure the front rise of your pants, start at the bottom center of the crotch seam and measure up to the top of the waistband.
- Outseam: Measure from the bottom of the leg to the upper edge of the waistband.
- Bottom: Measure across the leg opening from side to side.

1.Our sizes tend to be a bit generous, if you are between sizes, or not sure, we would advise opting for the bigger size.
